1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and musen OÜ, an Estonian private limited company with its registered seat in Estonia ("musen", "Company", "we", "us", "our").
These Terms govern your access to and use of the musen platform, including the website available at https://musenai.live, any associated mobile or desktop applications, and all related services, features, tools, and content (collectively, the "Service").
These Terms apply to all individuals who access or use the Service, including users who access the Service without creating an account ("Guests") and users who register an account.
By accessing or using the Service in any manner, including by clicking the “Enter” button on the landing page, creating an account, or using any functionality of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
You represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. The Service is not intended for, and may not be used by, individuals under the age of eighteen. musen does not knowingly permit minors to access or use the Service.
Your access to and use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how personal data is collected, used, and protected. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms and should be reviewed carefully before using the Service.
2. Definitions and Interpretation
2.1 Interpretation
Words with capitalized initial letters have meanings defined in these Terms. Unless the context otherwise requires:
Words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.
References to a gender include all genders.
References to persons include natural persons and legal entities.
Headings are included for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
2.2 Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms:
Application means any software application provided by musen to access the Service, whether via web, mobile, or other devices.
Service means the Application, the website available at https://musenai.live, and all related features, tools, content, and services provided by musen.
User means any individual who accesses or uses the Service, whether as a Guest or as a registered account holder.
Guest means a User who accesses the Service without creating an account or signing in.
Segment means a discrete, pre-generated or user-generated audio unit, typically of approximately thirty (30) minutes, composed of music and or spoken audio content, which may include jingles, hosts, or other audio elements.
AI DJ means musen’s automated, non-conversational curation system that selects, sequences, and adapts Segments for continuous listening based on system logic, user interactions, and contextual signals.
Live AI Radio means a continuous, dynamically generated radio stream assembled in real time by automated systems, which may be adjusted by eligible Users during playback.
On Air refers to the state in which a Live AI Radio stream is made publicly accessible within the Service, allowing other Users to listen.
Credits means non-monetary, non-transferable, in-application units made available by musen and used exclusively for the creation of Segments. Credits have no cash value and do not constitute electronic money or financial instruments.
Subscription means a recurring paid plan offered by musen that grants access to specific features, usage rights, or benefits, as described within the Service at the time of purchase.
User Input means any prompt, text, configuration, or other input submitted by a User to the Service for the purpose of influencing the generation or customization of audio content.
Public Content means any Segment or Live AI Radio stream that a User elects to make publicly accessible within the Service.
3. Scope and Nature of the Service
musen provides an AI-powered radio platform designed to deliver continuous, adaptive audio experiences for entertainment and creative purposes only. The Service enables Users to listen to automatically curated audio streams, generate and customize audio content, and interact with such content through non-conversational controls and settings.
The Service operates as a technical and creative platform. musen does not act as a publisher, broadcaster, editor, journalist, advisor, or fiduciary. musen does not exercise human editorial control over the selection, sequencing, or generation of audio content and does not endorse, verify, or assume responsibility for any content made available through the Service.
All audio content provided through the Service, whether generated, curated, or presented automatically, is offered on an “as generated” basis. musen makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, quality, reliability, legality, or suitability of any content, and such content must not be relied upon as factual, journalistic, legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
The Company does not guarantee that the Service, or any specific feature, content, or functionality, will be available at any given time or without interruption. Access to the Service may be limited, suspended, or affected by technical issues, maintenance, capacity constraints, or external factors beyond the Company’s control.
musen reserves the right, at its sole discretion and subject to applicable law, to modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue all or any part of the Service, including features, content availability, eligibility requirements, or usage limits, at any time and without liability to Users.
4. Automated and Non-Editorial Operation
The Service operates as an automated media system. Audio content made available through the Service is generated, selected, sequenced, and adapted by automated processes, including algorithmic and artificial intelligence–based systems, without real-time human editorial intervention.
musen does not employ human editors to curate, approve, review, or control individual Segments, Live AI Radio streams, or other audio content prior to delivery to Users. Any spoken or musical content presented through the Service is produced or assembled automatically in accordance with system logic.
Human involvement in the operation of the Service is limited to the design, development, configuration, and governance of system-level rules, constraints, parameters, and safeguards. Such human involvement does not constitute editorial control over specific content and is intended to ensure lawful operation, technical reliability, and alignment with the intended purpose of the Service.
The Service does not perform automated decision-making that produces legal effects concerning Users or similarly significantly affects Users within the meaning of applicable data protection or artificial intelligence laws. Automated processes are used solely to provide entertainment and creative experiences and do not determine Users’ legal rights, obligations, or access to essential services.
5. Eligibility and Geographic Availability
You may access and use the Service only if you meet the eligibility requirements set out in these Terms and all applicable laws.
You represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. musen reserves the right to request verification of age where reasonably necessary.
The Service may not be available in all geographic locations and may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions due to legal, regulatory, or operational considerations. musen makes no representation that the Service is appropriate or available for use in any particular location.
You represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country subject to comprehensive trade sanctions or embargoes, and that you are not listed on any applicable government restricted or denied-party lists. You agree not to access or use the Service in violation of export control, sanctions, or trade compliance laws of the European Union, the United States, or any other applicable jurisdiction.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the Service complies with all local, national, and international laws and regulations applicable to you. musen shall not be liable for any access to or use of the Service that is not in compliance with applicable law.
musen reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit, suspend, or terminate access to the Service in any jurisdiction or for any User where necessary to comply with legal requirements or to mitigate legal or regulatory risk.
6. User Accounts and Responsibilities
Certain features of the Service require the creation of a user account. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep such information up to date at all times.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including passwords, authentication methods, and access tokens. You agree not to share your credentials with any third party and to notify musen immediately of any suspected unauthorized access or security breach relating to your account.
You are fully responsible for all activities conducted through your account, whether such activities are performed by you or by any third party with or without your authorization. musen shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or liability arising from unauthorized use of your account where such use results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
Guest users may access limited portions of the Service without creating an account. Guest access is provided on an “as available” basis and may be restricted, modified, or discontinued at any time. Certain features, content, or functionality may not be available to Guest users.
musen reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information, are used in violation of these Terms, or pose security, legal, or operational risks.
7. Subscriptions, Payments, and Consumer Rights
musen may offer access to certain features of the Service through paid subscription plans ("Subscriptions"). Available Subscription tiers, pricing, billing cycles, included features, and usage limits are described within the Service at the time of purchase and may vary by platform or jurisdiction.
Subscription fees are charged on a recurring basis in advance of each billing period, unless otherwise stated. By purchasing a Subscription, you authorize musen or the applicable third-party payment provider to charge the applicable fees using your selected payment method.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You are responsible for managing and cancelling your Subscription through the platform or payment provider through which the Subscription was purchased.
Payments for Subscriptions and other paid features are processed by third-party payment providers, including but not limited to Stripe, Apple App Store, and Google Play Store. musen does not control and is not responsible for the billing practices, refund policies, or payment processing of such third parties. Where a Subscription is purchased through an application store or third-party platform, the terms and conditions of that platform shall apply and may supersede certain provisions of these Terms.
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen (14) days of purchase. You acknowledge and agree that, where applicable law permits, this right of withdrawal may be waived once digital content or services begin immediately after purchase with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. Where withdrawal rights apply and are not waived, refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable law.
Except as required by mandatory consumer protection laws, all fees are non-refundable, and no refunds or credits will be provided for partially used billing periods, unused features, or changes in usage.
musen reserves the right to change Subscription pricing, features, or availability at any time. Where required by law, material changes will be communicated to you in advance and will apply only to subsequent billing periods.
8. Credits System
The Service may make available virtual credits ("Credits") that may be used exclusively within the Service to access or enable certain creation features, including the generation of Segments. Credits are not required for passive listening and are not consumed during playback.
Credits are non-monetary, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable units. Credits have no cash value, do not represent stored value, and do not constitute currency, electronic money, prepaid funds, financial instruments, securities, or any form of property or ownership right.
Credits may be granted as part of a Subscription, purchased separately, or provided through promotional, onboarding, or other discretionary mechanisms determined by musen. The availability, quantity, pricing, and allocation of Credits may vary by Subscription tier, platform, or jurisdiction.
Credits may be subject to usage limits, conditions, or expiration. Unused Credits may expire without notice and are not guaranteed to remain available indefinitely. musen does not guarantee that Credits will be available for use at any particular time or for any particular purpose.
musen reserves the right, at its sole discretion and subject to applicable law, to modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue the Credits system, including adjusting pricing, allocation, usage rules, or expiration policies. Except where mandatory consumer protection laws apply, Credits are non-refundable, and no refunds or compensation will be provided for unused or expired Credits.
9. Description of AI Functionality
The Service relies on automated systems, including artificial intelligence and algorithmic processes, to generate, curate, select, and sequence audio content, including through the AI DJ and Live AI Radio features. Such systems operate continuously and adaptively based on system logic, user interactions, and contextual signals.
You acknowledge and agree that AI-generated or AI-curated content is produced automatically and without human editorial review. musen makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, appropriateness, or suitability of any content generated, curated, or delivered through the Service. All such content is provided for entertainment and creative purposes only.
The Service is not intended to provide, and must not be relied upon as providing, factual, journalistic, legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating and verifying any content before relying on, sharing, publishing, or using it for any purpose.
The automated systems used by musen do not constitute a high-risk artificial intelligence system within the meaning of applicable European Union artificial intelligence legislation. The Service does not perform biometric identification, biometric categorization, social scoring, or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects on Users.
10. User Inputs, Prompts, and Generated Content
You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to any text, prompts, instructions, configurations, or other inputs you submit to the Service ("User Inputs"), to the extent such inputs are protectable under applicable law.
Except as expressly stated in these Terms, you do not acquire any ownership rights in audio content, Segments, Live AI Radio streams, or other outputs generated, curated, or assembled by the Service using automated systems ("Generated Content"). All Generated Content is produced by systems operated by musen and remains subject to musen’s rights in the underlying technology, systems, and processes.
Subject to compliance with these Terms and any applicable Subscription conditions, musen grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access, listen to, and, where expressly permitted, download or use Generated Content within or in connection with the Service.
musen may use User Inputs and interaction data in anonymized and aggregated form to operate, maintain, analyze, and improve the Service, including improving system performance and reliability. Such use will not identify you personally and will be conducted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
musen does not use User Inputs or Generated Content to train third-party artificial intelligence or machine learning models without your explicit consent, except where such use is required by law.
11. Public Content and Broadcasting (On Air)
The Service may allow Users to make certain Segments or Live AI Radio streams publicly accessible within the Service by activating the “On Air” or equivalent functionality ("Public Content"). By electing to make content public, you acknowledge and agree that such content may be accessible to other Users of the Service and may be experienced in real time or on a delayed basis.
You are solely responsible for any Public Content you choose to make available through the Service. You represent and warrant that your Public Content complies with these Terms, all applicable laws and regulations, and does not infringe or violate the rights of any third party.
musen acts solely as a technical hosting and distribution provider with respect to Public Content. musen does not review, pre-approve, edit, or exercise editorial control over Public Content prior to its availability and does not endorse any Public Content made available by Users.
musen does not guarantee the reach, visibility, permanence, audience size, or availability of any Public Content. Public Content may be removed, restricted, or made unavailable at any time due to technical limitations, moderation actions, legal requirements, or changes to the Service.
musen reserves the right, but does not assume an obligation, to remove, restrict access to, disable, or otherwise moderate Public Content where required by law, pursuant to these Terms, or to protect the Service, other Users, or the Company from legal, regulatory, or operational risk.
12. Content Moderation and Enforcement
musen is committed to operating the Service in compliance with applicable laws, including the European Union Digital Services Act, while preserving an open and creative environment for Users.
12.1 Prohibited Content
You may not use the Service to generate, publish, broadcast, or distribute content that:
Is unlawful, illegal, or otherwise violates applicable laws or regulations;
Infringes or violates intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of third parties;
Is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, hateful, abusive, threatening, or promotes violence or discrimination;
Impersonates any person or entity, or falsely suggests affiliation, endorsement, or authority;
Is intended to mislead, deceive, or manipulate others, including through misinformation or disinformation;
Is designed to cause harm, public disruption, or unlawful activity.
12.2 Detection and Reporting
musen may use a combination of automated tools and human review to detect potential violations of these Terms. Users may also report content they believe violates these Terms or applicable law through mechanisms made available within the Service.
musen does not undertake a general obligation to monitor all content and does not guarantee that unlawful or prohibited content will be identified or removed.
12.3 Enforcement Actions
Where musen becomes aware of content or activity that violates these Terms or applicable law, musen may take appropriate enforcement actions, which may include:
Removal or restriction of access to content;
Suspension or termination of accounts;
Limitation of features or functionality;
Referral to law enforcement or competent authorities where required by law.
Enforcement actions are taken at musen’s discretion, subject to applicable law, and may be applied immediately where necessary to address legal, security, or safety risks.
12.4 Notice of Decisions
Where required by applicable law, musen will provide affected Users with a statement of reasons explaining any content moderation or enforcement decision that materially affects the User, including the basis for the decision and the measures taken.
12.5 Appeal and Review
Where required by applicable law, Users may submit an appeal or request review of certain moderation or enforcement decisions through procedures made available by musen. Appeals will be reviewed within a reasonable period, taking into account the nature of the decision and applicable legal obligations.
13. Commercial Use of Generated Content
Certain Subscription tiers may permit Users to download and use Generated Content for commercial purposes, as expressly indicated within the Service at the time such content is created or accessed. Commercial usage rights, where available, are conditional upon continuous compliance with these Terms and any applicable Subscription requirements.
Where commercial use of Generated Content is permitted, you agree that:
Generated Content must not be represented, marketed, or presented as having been created by a human author;
The origin of the content as AI-generated must not be concealed or misrepresented;
The content must not be used in a manner that is misleading, deceptive, unlawful, or infringing;
The content must not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation by musen unless expressly authorized in writing.
You may not remove, alter, or obscure any attribution, metadata, technical identifiers, or notices included with Generated Content.
musen reserves the right to revoke, suspend, or limit commercial usage rights to Generated Content at any time where necessary to comply with applicable law, address legal or regulatory risk, prevent misuse or misrepresentation, or protect the interests of the Service, other Users, or third parties.
14. Intellectual Property Rights
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including without limitation the software, applications, source code, algorithms, models, workflows, systems, databases, user interfaces, design elements, audio processing techniques, and underlying technology, are and shall remain the exclusive property of musen or its licensors.
All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and branding elements associated with the Service, including the name “musen”, are owned by musen or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, license, or interest in or to such trademarks or branding, except for the limited right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
You retain any intellectual property rights you may have in User Inputs you submit to the Service, to the extent such rights exist under applicable law. Except as expressly provided in these Terms, no rights in User Inputs are transferred to musen, and no ownership rights in Generated Content are granted to you.
Except for the limited rights expressly granted to you to access and use the Service, nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use musen’s intellectual property.
15. Acceptable Use and Platform Protection
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not engage in any activity that interferes with, disrupts, or harms the Service, its systems, or other Users.
Without limiting the foregoing, you agree not to, and not to attempt to:
Scrape, crawl, harvest, extract, copy, or otherwise collect data, audio, metadata, or other content from the Service at scale, whether manually or through automated means;
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, models, algorithms, or underlying systems of the Service;
Create, train, or operate derivative systems, competing services, or datasets using the Service or its outputs, except as expressly permitted in writing by musen;
Circumvent, disable, bypass, or otherwise interfere with usage limits, access controls, technical safeguards, or security measures of the Service;
Misrepresent AI-generated or AI-curated content as having been created, curated, or endorsed by a human, or otherwise obscure or falsify the nature or origin of such content.
Any violation of this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension or termination of access to the Service, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to musen under applicable law.
16. Copyright, DMCA, and Notice and Takedown
musen respects intellectual property rights and expects Users to do the same. The Company complies with applicable copyright laws, including the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and relevant European Union copyright and notice-and-action frameworks.
16.1 Copyright Complaints and Notices
If you believe that content made available through the Service infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, you may submit a written notice to musen containing sufficient information to allow musen to identify the allegedly infringing content and the basis of the claim. Such notices should include, where applicable:
Identification of the copyrighted work or right claimed to have been infringed;
Identification of the content alleged to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it;
Your contact information;
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the content is not authorized;
A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, where required by law, made under penalty of perjury.
Notices may be submitted through contact details made available by musen.
16.2 Takedown and Counter-Notification
Upon receipt of a valid copyright notice, musen may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content in accordance with applicable law. Where required by law, musen may notify the affected User of the removal or restriction.
Where permitted by law, affected Users may submit a counter-notification asserting that the content was removed or restricted as a result of mistake or misidentification. musen may restore the content if legally permitted to do so.
16.3 Repeat Infringers
musen reserves the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of Users who are determined, in musen’s reasonable discretion, to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights, in accordance with applicable law.
17. Third-Party Services and Integrations
The Service may integrate with, rely upon, or provide access to third-party services, platforms, tools, or content, including but not limited to payment processors, application stores, hosting providers, analytics services, and external distribution platforms (collectively, "Third-Party Services").
Your use of Third-Party Services is subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the applicable third parties. musen does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any Third-Party Services, including their availability, security, functionality, content, or data practices.
musen shall not be liable for any loss, damage, interruption, or harm arising from or relating to Third-Party Services, including failures, errors, changes, or discontinuation of such services.
Where the Service is accessed through an application store or platform operated by a third party, your use of the Service may also be subject to that platform’s terms and conditions, which shall prevail in the event of any conflict with these Terms to the extent required by such platform.
18. Suspension and Termination
musen may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without prior notice, where musen reasonably determines that:
You have violated these Terms or applicable law;
Your use of the Service poses a legal, regulatory, security, or operational risk;
Your account is associated with suspected abuse, fraud, or misuse;
Suspension or termination is required to comply with a legal obligation or order.
In cases involving serious violations, legal risk, or safety concerns, musen may take immediate action without prior notice. Where reasonably practicable and legally required, musen may provide notice of suspension or termination and an explanation of the reasons.
You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use of the Service or through account management tools where available. Termination does not entitle you to any refund except where required by mandatory law.
Upon suspension or termination, your right to access and use the Service will immediately cease. musen may delete or restrict access to associated account data and content, subject to applicable law.
The following provisions shall survive suspension or termination of these Terms: Intellectual Property Rights, Acceptable Use and Platform Protection, Limitation of Liability, Disclaimers, Governing Law and Dispute Resolution, and any other provisions which by their nature should survive.
19. Disclaimers
The Service, including all audio content generated, curated, or delivered through automated systems, is provided for entertainment and creative purposes only. The Service is not intended to provide, and must not be relied upon as providing, factual, journalistic, legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
You acknowledge and agree that content made available through the Service is generated or assembled automatically and may contain inaccuracies, errors, omissions, or misleading information. musen makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, timeliness, or suitability of any content.
Any reliance you place on content accessed through the Service is at your sole risk. musen disclaims all responsibility and liability arising from any reliance on AI-generated or AI-curated content by you or any third party.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, musen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service.
To the extent that musen may be held liable notwithstanding the foregoing, the total aggregate liability of musen for any and all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount paid by you to musen for the Service in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred euros (€100).
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection laws, or liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct, where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
21. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless musen, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and licensors from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or relating to:
Your access to or use of the Service;
Your violation of these Terms or applicable law;
Any User Inputs or Public Content you submit, generate, broadcast, or make available through the Service;
Any allegation that your User Inputs, Public Content, or use of Generated Content infringes or violates the intellectual property rights or other rights of a third party.
musen reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate fully with such defense. Your indemnification obligations shall survive termination of these Terms.
22. Accessibility
musen is committed to making the Service reasonably accessible to Users with disabilities and to improving accessibility over time in accordance with applicable laws and recognized accessibility standards.
Due to the evolving and complex nature of the Service, full accessibility across all features, content, devices, and assistive technologies cannot be guaranteed. Certain features or content may not be fully accessible in all circumstances.
musen welcomes feedback regarding accessibility and encourages Users to report accessibility issues through contact channels made available within the Service. musen will make reasonable efforts to review and address accessibility concerns where practicable.
23. Data Protection and Privacy
musen processes personal data in connection with the operation of the Service in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR").
Details regarding the categories of personal data collected, the purposes of processing, legal bases, data retention periods, user rights, and data protection safeguards are set out in musen’s Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein, subject to your rights under applicable data protection laws.
Nothing in these Terms limits or overrides your rights as a data subject under applicable data protection legislation.
24. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, excluding its conflict of law principles.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, nothing in these Terms shall deprive you of the protection afforded to you by mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. You may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence where such rights apply.

During the occurrence of a Force Majeure Event, musen’s obligations under these Terms shall be suspended to the extent and for the duration of the Force Majeure Event, without liability to Users.
29. Assignment
musen may assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, sale of assets, or by operation of law.
You may not assign, transfer, or sublicense these Terms, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of musen. Any attempted assignment or transfer in violation of this section shall be null and void.
