Listening on musen

1. What is musen?

musen is AI Radio.

It is not a playlist app and not a podcast catalog. You do not search endlessly or build queues. You press play, and musen becomes your personal radio: continuous, adaptive, and always evolving.

Powered by AI and tuned to you, musen learns your taste over time and delivers a seamless flow of music and radio style content with minimal interaction.

2. How is musen different from Spotify or traditional radio?

Traditional platforms make you choose what to play. musen lets you listen.

Instead of selecting tracks or playlists, musen curates a continuous radio experience that adapts to:

• Your listening habits

• Your likes and re tunes

• The time of day and context

It feels like radio, but it is personal and adaptive.

3. Do I need to constantly like or rate content?

No.

musen works even if you do nothing. The radio adapts passively as you listen.

Likes and re-tunes are optional signals that help the AI DJ learn faster, but they are never required.

4. What is the AI DJ?

The AI DJ is musen’s core engine.

It does not chat with you and does not hold conversations. It works silently in the background, selecting what to play next based on your listening behavior and preferences.

If you love something, musen learns. If you re-tune, musen adjusts.

Segments and radio structure

5. What is a Segment?

A Segment is the basic building block of musen.

Each Segment is a curated audio block, usually around 30 minutes long. It can be:

• Music only

• Music mixed with spoken content

Segments give structure to radio while keeping the experience fluid and replayable.

6. How does listening work on musen?

It depends on your plan.

• Free users listen through the AI DJ, which continuously selects Segments tailored to them.

• Premium and Creator users can run their own Live AI Radio, adjusting it in real time.

In all cases, listening is continuous, effortless, and adaptive.

7. What happens if I ask for a topic or mood?

musen responds through audio, not conversation.

Free users will hear Segments related to the requested topic or mood.

Premium and Creator users can shape their Live AI Radio so AI Hosts introduce content related to that theme.

Creating on musen

8. Can I create my own Segments?

Yes.

All users can create Segments using credits. You receive free credits when you register, and you can purchase more at any time.

Creation uses credits. Listening does not.

9. What can I create with credits?

• Free users can create music only Segments.

• Premium and Creator users can create Segments that include spoken content and AI voices.

All Segments you create are saved to your library and can be replayed.

Live AI Radio

10. What is Live AI Radio?

Live AI Radio lets you run your own continuous radio stream.

Unlike Segments, Live AI Radio is generated in real time. Music, jingles, and spoken interventions are selected dynamically to create a true radio experience.

Live radios can be private or public, depending on your settings.

11. What does “On Air” mean?

When you go On Air, your Live AI Radio becomes public.

Other users on musen can tune in and listen to your radio in real time.

Plans, limits, and ads

12. What plans does musen offer?

musen offers Free, Premium, and Creator plans.

Each plan unlocks different creation features and limits. Full details are always available on the pricing page inside the app.

13. Are there ads on musen?

Advertising may be introduced in the future.

When enabled:

• Free users may hear ads

• Premium and Creator users will remain ad free

Personalisation, trust, and privacy

14. How does musen learn my taste?

musen learns from multiple signals, including:

• What you listen to, finish, skip, or re tune

• What you love

• The types of Segments you create

• Optional training interactions

The more you listen, the more the radio adapts to you.

15. Does musen listen to my microphone?

No.

musen does not access or listen to your microphone unless you explicitly grant permission for a specific feature. There is no always on audio capture.

16. Is the music fully AI generated?

No.

musen is a radio system that curates and assembles audio experiences. It includes original music from creators, licensed content where applicable, and editorial segments.

AI is used to orchestrate radio programming, not to replace artists.

17. What happens if I stop using musen for a while?

Nothing bad happens.

Your AI DJ adapts over time. If you return after a break, the radio refreshes and continues to learn from your new listening patterns.

Downloads and sharing

18. Can I download what I create?

Yes.

Premium and Creator users can download the Segments they create.

19. Can I share my content?

Yes.

You can share public Segments you create and share your Live AI Radio by going On Air.
